About translating manpages

Hi, everybody! Could you please help me! I(and I have a team, we want realy do it) want to translate man-pages from English or Russian into Uzbek! I heard that there are no po files in manpages. Could you please explain me how to translate man-pages, if possible step by step! Excuse me, for taking your time! Thank you.
