String in docs-readme-live-image

Hello everybody,

We are translating the readme-live-image documentation (to french) which
hasn't a component in Bz and there are an incomprehensible string :

"As you explore the the cascading menus on or around the desktop, look
for application programs you may wish to run. In addition, you may wish to
explore other capabilities."

One "the" have to be delete, that's ok (what can we do without Bz ?),
but what "the cascading menus on or around the desktop" mean ? For me, I
just see cascading menus on the panel (around the desktop ?) so why "on
or around" (the right click?) ? Also, in the context, the
word "capabilities" refers to what ?

If somebody have an idea, I will be glad.
