Request for string change: BZ #439717: User Properties dialog - Clash of short-cut (Ctrl+e)

I've found that this is not quite true, the focus target for a label not
being set correctly led to this problem. The remaining problem of
clashing shortcuts is not a crtitical one, but I would still like to fix
it.
