fedora 9 release notes: changes to Desktop section

Apologies for making another change, the following was marked urgent:

The change is a different package name, and a little extra wording...

I made the suggested changes to the Desktop.xml file. The final date
for translation submissions to the Fedora 9 release notes is at UTC
2359, 2008-05-21.
