500 error when submitting paprefs

Me too.  Since yesterday, or maybe Friday.  I filed
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=465675 about it.

Is it a recurring problem?  Have I just been lucky until now?  (I
haven't looked through the archives, but since I didn't know what time
to look at, it's a lot to look through.  There is no way to search the
archive, is there?)
