F10 Translation Deadline pretty close (21/10)

Reminding all folks that the translation deadline for Fedora 10 is in
three days, 21/10:

You can continue translating after this day, but we can't guarantee
that those translations will end up in the release. They might (eg.
anaconda) and they might not (all rest).
