I think the latter refers to the website and release notes. Just
before the release we need to freeze the website content, translate
it, and have it ready for the announcement.

Opening a ticket to releng for clarification might help. In general,
releng asks *us* to let them know of which dates we want to have, so
next release, let's make sure we let them know in advance of what we
suggest.

Right -- it'd be a good idea to communicate the above with releng and
put them up somewhere for future reference, for example on the Freezes
page [1] and on our FAQ.
