This is something that is also driving me sad. TX should serve those that 
are not skilled in understanding what TX/DL and whatever is. But those 
discrepencies are really confusing. There is already bug iniciated by me
at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=461690

It is very good that Noriko took the time to describe what really is 
wrong. However this is not the only problem. What I found: e.g. when you 
download a .po file for PackaKit from modules page, you translate it and 
try to submit it via submit page, then you see that the file you are 
submiting to is completely different. Maybe it is my fault, but it is 
stopping me from doing any other useless translations...
