Well, actually you can submit any file to the VCS that matches with the
component file filter set up on Transifex.
In the current version of Transifex you can see all the files in the
repository that match with component file filter at the "Add a new
translation" form, at the component page.
Anaconda doesn't seem to use a LINGUAS file though.
