install-guide in Spanish

I needed to do something that I know I read it in the install-guide
while I was translating it.
But when I go to [1], there is no Spanish version.
In [2] I see at least 8 languages at a 100% translated.
Is it possible to have the fully translated languages in [1] ?
It happens the same for F9 [3]. I remember it was completed.
