How can i submit a non-transifex module again?

Sorry all,

but just to be on the safe side, how can i submit a translated module
which is not listed in Transifex (like sos in this case)? All i vaguely
know is via bugzilla, but cant find further instructions on that. Is
there a specifiet format for this, a link to a nice how-to maybe?

(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N/FAQ for example still says to
follow cvs, which is definitely not working for me, and *caugh* yes, i
do have the feeling i should know this kind of stuff already, but can't
find reliable info on this *caugh*).
