Hi all

FLSCo members had been discussing the proposal brought up by Paul.
All members had their say and taken time to reach our final decision.

"Fedora L10n Infrastructure" team is now happily approved, and FLSCo
proactively supports the team. Four person of Dimitris, Asgeir, Diego
and Ankit will be core of this team. This team will get together and
discuss their plans and reach the decision. The implementation plan,
according to the decision, and it's progress is required to report to
this list and/or FLSCo.

Infra team, please immediately get together and push forward
Infrastructre development for FLP.
