FLP-admin: Minutes from first meeting (24-Feb-2009)

- New Transifex features important for translators:
  - Both statistics and submissions in one application
  - Up-to-date statistics
  - Upon file submission, statistics will be instantly updated
  - Speed improvmenets over Damned Lies (static media, caching)
- Progress for Tx setup for F11 on schedule, looking good
  http://publictest14.fedoraproject.org/tx/
- Plan to have it ready 5-7 days before string freeze
  - Backup plan if it's delayed by a few days: Continue with current
    infrastructure until new Tx is in place
- Djamned Lies with publican-support will be ready on publictest15 by 27/2, and
  can act as a backup-plan for publican support in Transifex
- Publican support: Should be ready before April (docs string freeze). Plenty of
  time for this.
- L10n branching: needs more discussion with developers, not something we can
  solve for F11
- Tx could pull from tarballs and submit PO file to bugzilla easily
- Tx command line submission of translation files (after F11 release)
