Glad you brought this up, as I've noticed a related problem with
Serbian Latin Release Notes (mostly untranslated though): these common
words seems to be pulled from the Cyrillic sr DocBook stylesheets,
although up to date Latin ones do exist, and worked ok before
Publican.

I suspect a problem of matching Publican's sr-Latn-RS label to
DocBook's sr_latn stylesheet (we had sr_Latn po files for docs before,
and DocBook matching was case insensitive, but you also have hyphens
instead of underscores to worry about now as well).
