I saw some blog discussion about this idea as well. It seems pretty
much tailor made for enabling live migration & machine sharing for
small-scale (e.g. Home SysAdmin) virtualization setups that don't really
have the hardware for a full on SAN setup but still want to avoid
loading everything onto a single machine.
