Okay, I've just updated this page again.

Because of a knotty bugzilla issue, if you wish to receive bugzilla spam
then you need to add fedora-virt-maint redhat com to the "watch list" in
your bugzilla account preferences:

  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email
