Yes, I am building it for F-10 and F-11 - the delay is caused by the
dependency on augeas >= 0.5.2, which is not in updates yet, only
updates-testing, but I had releng tag it as an override.

IOW, netcf should be in updates-testing for F-10 and F-11 shortly.
