one more thing - I've been talking with the lead developer on the django
project who happens to also be a fedora user. Take a look at
djangoproject.com - but not necessarily at what django is - look at the
structure of the site, the features it has, etc.

then look at:
http://code.djangoproject.com/browser/djangoproject.com

that might be a place to work from.
