[Fedora-xen] Networking inside DomU

Does anyone know what is required to get networking working inside of a DomU?

I have only one running, and it is using the default network-bridge setup from virt-manager

I am running Vista in the domain and it sees the virtual NIC, but gives it one of those auto-config IP addresses from the 
169.254.x.x range
