FWIW ATrpms ships kmdls for xen kernels, too, so all you have to do there is yum install ipw3945 ipw3945-kmdl-`uname -r` (firmware/regdaemon and friends get pulled in automatically by yum) -- Axel.Thimm at ATrpms.net
