i have an ubuntu LTS domU that i can send you, works great on my fc5
dom0.  it was created on a ubuntu system using debootstrap, installing
into a loopback mounted file which i then copied to the xen server.
be glad to send it to you if you want, it's only about 200mb
compressed.
