That version of virt-install doesn't know how to find the xen
kernel in F10 install trees:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=458164
I built a fixed package for this yesterday though, which should
now be in updates-testing:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=71125
So give that a shot and see if it works for you.
