It's a different format for sure.
If you send me a sample from it
(ypcat -k amd.disks ) I can help you
translate it.

The installer asked for the second CD during the install, then installed
packeges from it. Did you use the installer? GUI or text?
What options did you choose? Server/workstation/custom?
I think it's part of the networked workstation set.
