I posted an answer to this yesterday on zoot-list. The short version is
to go to http://ftpsearch.lycos.com/?form=medium and search for either
'guinness' or '7.0-i386-disc1.iso'. That way you may find some of the
'unofficial' mirror sites.

I also know that my local isp has the iso's only (not a complete mirror)
available at ftp://mirrors.rochester.rr.com/pub/cdrom. If you don't hit
it too hard I don't think it would be a problem for you to get it there.
There's usually only 3 of 4 connections at any given time there. (just
checked, I was user 1 of 200)
