First, WP8/Linux is a rather old piece of software, never actually
written or maintained by Corel (but outsourced) and I don't know if
it's even sold anymore. I know they aren't interested in maintaining
it.
Second, Corel doesn't appear to be interesting in supporting any of
their Linux apps....

No, you want the libc5 rpm from RH6. Let me repeat:
You want the libc5 RPM from RHL6.2.
Really, you want the libc5 RPM from RHL6.2.
There's the additional snag that you need the ld.so from RH6.2 as
well, but you don't want the RPM, because that _will_ conflict with
the existing ldconfig, since the package includes ldconfig as well as
ld.so for libc5 apps. (Interesting problem in the "just use the libc5
package from older redhats"... maybe some RH personnel know a better
way?)

As much as I despise SO, that might be a good idea. SO has better MS
Office imports than WP8.
