The secret ist hidden in /etc/X11/gdm/Sessions. I have added a file
Windowmaker. It looks like this:
#!/bin/bash
exec /etc/X11/xdm/Xsession wmaker
As you see the file /etc/X11/xdm/Xsession is executed, so you have to make
also some adjustments there...
For the default thing just change the file "Default"...
