I agree that forcing disk labeling is a step backwards for
most people who don;t need it. All we need is a UUID label that
is impossible to remember or reproduce.
You need to run dmpe2fs to find out what they are. It also
makes it mpossible to copy one hard idsk to another since
they have different labels and UUID.
