Maybe just your disc is corrupted. Sometimes i had also issues with some
CDs, if I bought some of the really really cheap ones.

Sure:
/mnt/cdrom/SRPMS > rpm -K --nogpg XFree86-4.0.1-1.src.rpm
XFree86-4.0.1-1.src.rpm: md5 OK
If you still have the iso image mount it:
mount 7.0-i386-disc2.iso /mnt/cdrom/ -o loop
and check the rpm there...
If this is okay you can check the MD5SUM of your CD:
md5sum /dev/cdrom
If it's not the same as from your iso image, then either the CD is
corrupted, your burner has issues or you need to clean your lens or
whatever...
