Ok I understand that but what was wrong with the old pager on the bar at
the bottom? This one clogs up screen space and is subject to the infinite
recursion problem. If it is in the middle of the screen it contains an
image of itself ; which inturn contains an image of itself; and so on.

I used the anaconda updates as I did on the machine I sucesfully upgraded
from RH 6.2
