D-link NIC

Has anyone seen the message "something wicked has happened".  This is with
the D-Link 530 NIC using Redhat 6.2 or 7.0.  With 7.0 this problem seems to
appear more often.  When we change the card to an Intel NIC, the problem
goes away.  Any ideas?
