Two almost identical kpackage RPM's on updates?

Hi all,

     Two packages showed up on updates.redhat.com
today.  Kpackage-1.3.10-7 and kpackage-1.3.7j1.  There is actually an
announcement about the new releases on linux.redhat.announce.  Both
packages were listed with no indication of which one to use.  The package
info and file list are identical.  Anyone know what's up?
