This is undoubtably a problem with your lilo.conf or maybe the location
of the /boot partition. run a lilo -v -v to see if you get and errors
that a file can't be found or some other problem. If you have a boot disk
you produced and the machine will boo that way. run the dos command :
fdisk /mbr
then reboot the linux using the boot disk and then run: lilo -v -v
If that works try to reboot using lilo.
In you 6.2 case it looks as if the /boot is beyond cylinder 1024. LI-
means the secondary boot loader could not be found.
