Likely won't work. MOST (not all) PCI modems are 'Doze-only.
Take a look at linmodems.org and see if they can help. But, most likely
you'll be better off getting a different one, one that is a real hardware
modem, likely external (though some of those are bad, too) or an ISA
internal with jumpers.
