It's netscape. Did it to me on 2.0.X and 2.2.X no matter what version.
Sometimes it consumes all of my resources without letting days go by
beforehand.

I doubt that bugzilla would fix it. It a-hole-l's problem (they own it
now) and they seem to be taking the M$ view: pretend problems don't exist
(ala java) and keep making it more bloated with new and unnecessary
"features" rather than fixing bugs. Eventually people will stop griping
and just go along.
In netscape's case, they even appear to have linux allies in helpng them
create the bloat. Maybe Gate$ can learn a little from that lesson.
Well, that's _my_ opinion, anyway.
