Lilo setup with BootMagic

Hi Guys,
	I'm new to linux, installing on PC, sharing with windoze98 and
win95.
I've got disks partitioned with Partmagic with bootmagic in the MBR (this
has been running for some time). 
I've done two RHL7.0 installs using workstation automatic partition then
custom partition and both times I was not asked about LILO configuration!
(Unleashing RH7.0 book says it should ask).
So, of course LILO is written to the MBR. I know I can rewrite bootmagic
config to the MBR but how can I install LILO into a RH partition? also does
it go in '/' or '/boot'?

Any help appreciated.
