in the same section with label= add
append="param1=val1 param2=val2"

My lilo.conf file has:

image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.2-ac3
        label=ac3
        append="reboot=warm video=riva:1024x768-8@70"

to force warm reboots (skip mem test) and setup
the framebuffer.
any kernel parameters you might pass from the lilo prompt
can be put here so you don't have to type them every boot.
