Mike,
	Where to install lilo is a checkbox if I remember right - it has
been a while.  As to where to install lilo, you are probably better off
using /boot, so you can be sure the BIOS can read it.  Then tell
bootmagic you want to boot the /boot partition.

	To make the change without going into install, just edit
/etc/lilo.conf, and change "boot=/dev/hda" to "boot=/dev/hda?".
If you are using SCSI drives, change hda as needed.  Change ? to the
actual partition number.
