We need more information. You can boot from the CD into rescue mode and rerun lilo.
One trick however is you need to mknod the devices such as : mknod /dev/hda3
for them to exist.
The you can configure lilo.conf and run lilo again to recapture the Linux.
The swap partition is not really a problem because you can configure file swap rather
that partition swap.
Of course you should have made a bootdisk for the linux before fooling around with
w2k.
But you know that now.
