HTML is data which can also contain

* Javascript (enabling tons of exploits, as a search of bugtraq will

* Images linked from external sites, enabling a third party to see

Once the list archives and digest stop breaking HTML messages, maybe
it'll be appropriate here.  Till then, it's not.
