Yes.  However, the set of developers now and the set who produced 4.x
are not identical.  Further, note the use of _past tense_.  It's nice
that they've stopped using crack and have moved onto lesser
substances.

There's a lot of stuff about Netscape 4 that's just plain screwy.  You
can't deny it.  (Not that Mozilla isn't weird in its own ways, but at
least it's better.)
