Another XFree86 problem

Can any one comment on this phenomena. On both 7.0 systems I am running it is
Xfree86 version 4 that is installed. However, my /etc/X11/X file is linked to
the: /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_SVGA server which:
rpm -qf identifies as coming from XFree86-SVGA-3.3.6-33

Why isn't there a  XFree86-SVGA-4.0.1-1 ?
