gmd login problem, help!

Hello

I have linux rh7 instaled on my system, and I use
Gnome as window manager. I have experience problem
when i try to login a valid user/password combination.
This appears in my log: (this happen two or three
times, and never with the user root)

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ here is the problem but i don't
know how to solve it!
