XF86Setup is for XFree86-3.3.x only.
In XFree86-4.0.x it's been replaced with
xf86cfq which is much nicer to me.
It also supports more than one mouse.
I used it to configure my PS/2 trackball
and a USB mouse, so that either will work.
I move either one and the pointer moves :)
Allows me play with different USB mice, but still have
my trackball ready when the mouse doesn't work.
