Q: star office install problem..what is going on?. Q:

Hi,

I have downloaded the 10 .bin files from sun's site.I runthe install.
Eventhough it seems i have enough room just for a few items or even
the whole package on my harddrive, it shoots up to "Use goes 100%" on
the partition whehter it is /root/office5.2 or /usr/office5.2... then
the install stalls there.
I am not sure.  I think it got to do with swapping,..??

[prp]# df -k
Filesystem           1k-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1               497829    376272     95855  80% /
/dev/hda5              3225252   1320132   1741260  44% /usr

/usr becomes "100%" or ' same thing. On my other redhat my / is larger
and the same thing hapens even i try to install only a few items.
