\var\log\messages

Hi,

I have a user that keeps getting thrown out of a Linux host, the only clue
I have is the following type of message in the \var\log\messages

Oct  5 14:44:47 snss6 kernel: VM: killing process sh  
Oct  5 14:44:47 snss6 kernel: Unable to load interpreter
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 

this only seems to happen to one of the users.

Could someone point me in the right direction as to what may be the
problem, and what the two messages mean.
