It depends on how you are set up to connect to your ISP, but if you are
using ppp, and using the ifcfg-ppp0 file in
/etc/syconfig/network-scripts, then you will need to set "PEERDNS=no".
(Add that line to the ifcfg-ppp0 file.) You can also set this using the
GUI tools. If it is not set, then the scripts will get the nameserver
information from your ISP, and overwrite /etc/resolv.conf.
