Here here. Also, hear hear!
I expect if you have my email address you have email from my and have
read MY disclaimer. It's at least as valid as yours. If you've had
email from me, I don't want to hear from you unless I've registered my
interest.
I composed my disclaimer myself; I've been flattered to see others have
filched it. That's cool, Evidently they think disclaimers are as silly
as I do.
Even if you have legal advice that they are legally effective (and I
can't imagine that might be so as the email's received and read before
the disclaimer's seen), enforcing it might be difficult.
