davicom,DM9008F lan card question

Hi,
I hae Davicom DM9008F lan card that worked with
redhat 6.0.Once i selected a kind of generic driver
and it worked. Now, I have RH7.0 and added the card 
and I was hoping that kudzu could detect. But, it
did not. when i ran it, it detected my serial mouse.
what are my chances to get this lan card going?.
I get initialization failed message during boot.
