Define latest.

linux-2.4.13, the newes official release from Linus.

Or can also get patches there for 2.4.12-ac6,
2.4.13-ac1 will be out soon (if it's not already),

andthere's always the 2.4.14-pre series if

you like to live dangerously.

The latest from Red Hat, built for guiness (RHL-7.0)
is 2.2.19-7.0.10 in pub/redhat/linux/updates/7.0/en/os
on ftp.redhat.com

Or you could grab the SRPM for RHL-7.1,RHL-7.2, or
rawhide kernels. The one in rawhide is the
newest, kernel-2.4.12-0.1.src.rpm

The latest released by Red Hat is form RHL-7.1, which

is kernel-2.4.9-6.
