It could be your firewall is blocking connections to port 25.  Or your
ISP may block incomming port 25 connections.  If you have upgraded to
the latest sendmail rpm, you may have to change you config file if it is
using the new config file, as I think it is the same as the 7.1 version,
in that it only allows connections from localhost.  I think it also uses
host.allow and host.deny.

The first thing I would check is your log files, to see if there are any
messages about this.  Also, make sure that sendmail is running.
